One evening I noticed that driver side Electric window problem. On my 2008 Megane 1.5 dCi the passenger side electric front window has stopped working. Neither the local or remote switch will open/close the window. The driver's side front and both rear windows all work as normal. The most common cause for auto windows not working in Renault Megane is when the 12 volt battery has been replaced or disconnected. The power windows still function, but you have to manually hold the switch to fully close or open the windows. In this case, performing a reset procedure should restore the auto functionality. These switches fail,, and stop back windows from working off the front, and rear switches.. The problem is with the drivers side rear window.
